When will my order ship?

Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page; all items in an order containing a pre-order will ship together once the final item is available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened media within 30 days of delivery. Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns on opened vinyl, CDs, or cassettes unless the item is proven to be defective.

My vinyl arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives warped or with significant sleeve damage, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
